• create venv on pelican project
• download source code pelicando
• open venv\Lib\site-packages\pelican\themes
• upload peliciando to themes folder
• open pelicanconf.py
• insert THEME = 'pelicianido' on pelicanconf.py , or open pelicanconf.py from peliciando and copy to project/pelicanconf.py
